All-time Series Record: Texas leads Kansas State 50-15-1
The Texas Longhorns bring a 12-17 overall record to the Little Apple for a weekend series against the Kansas State Wildcats (13-17). Augie Garrido’s team has lost five of the last six games, including Sunday’s walk-off loss to Oklahoma and Tuesday’s shutout loss to Texas A&M Corpus Christi. Texas is 1-1 in Big 12 series and looks to get back on track with a series win in Manhattan.
The Kansas State Wildcats are winless in Big 12 play after being swept by Oklahoma State and Texas Tech. The Wildcats beat Nebraska 4-2 earlier this week and hope to ride that momentum when they square off against the Longhorns on Friday at home.
