The Texas Longhorns have assembled a dominant 2025 recruiting class, signing 24 top-tier commits and securing the No. 1 class nationally. This group is loaded with talent on both sides of the ball, including the No. 1 athlete in the country, Michael Terry, and positions Texas as a powerhouse for years to come.

The Longhorns loaded up on elite defenders, headlined by Jonah Williams, the No. 1 safety in the country. Other key defensive recruits include:

• Elijah Barnes (Linebacker)

• Myron Charles (Defensive Lineman)

• Caleb Chester (Defensive Back)

• Lance Jackson (Edge)

• Talented DBs Zelus Hicks, Graceson Littlejohn, Kade Phillips

• Josiah Sharma (Defensive Lineman)

• Johnathan Cunningham (Linebacker)

• Smith Orogbo (Defensive End)

Offensive Firepower

On offense, the Longhorns secured some of the best wide receiver talent in the country, including:

• Kaliq Lockett

• Daylan McCutcheon

• Jaime Ffrench Jr.

At tight end, they added two elite prospects in Emaree Winston and Nick Townsend.

In the trenches, Texas bolstered their offensive line with Jordan Coleman, Jackson Christian, Nick Brooks, and Devin Coleman.

Key skill-position players include highly-rated QB KJ Lacey, along with top running backs James Simon and Rickey Stewart Jr.

Early Enrollees

A significant portion of this class will enroll early and be on campus this spring, giving them a head start in development and preparation for the 2025 season.

This star-studded class, featuring Michael Terry and a wealth of talent across all positions, reflects Texas’ rising momentum and sets the foundation for competing at the highest level in college football.
