One of the nation’s most explosive offensive weapons, Williams-Callis gives Texas a game-changing playmaker who combines elite speed, power, vision, and proven production. He chooses Texas over Texas A&M, Missouri, SMU and Houston.
Rated as the nation’s No. 3 running back and the top running back in Texas for the 2027 recruiting cycle, Williams-Callis has established himself as one of the most accomplished high school players in the country. At 5-foot-8 and 190 pounds, he plays with outstanding balance and a low center of gravity, allowing him to run through contact while maintaining the burst to turn routine carries into explosive plays.
Williams-Callis is the definition of a home-run threat. A 10.5-second 100-meter sprinter, he possesses elite acceleration and long speed that make him a scoring threat every time he touches the football. His vision, patience, and ability to find cutback lanes consistently create chunk plays, while his quick feet and lateral agility allow him to make defenders miss in the open field.
His versatility is another trait that separates him from many backs in the class. Williams-Callis is a natural receiver out of the backfield with dependable hands and the ability to create mismatches in the passing game, giving him true three-down value at the next level.
