The 2025 NFL Draft gets underway on Thursday evening in Green Bay, and the Texas Longhorns will see 21 players eligible to hear their name called. While last year’s draft had 11 players selected, including two first-round picks in DT Byron Murphy and WR Xavier Worthy, it is reasonable to expect more to be taken in this draft class.
As a program, Texas has had 367 players selected in the NFL Draft and 47 selected in the first round. The Longhorns are tied with Georgia for the most players sent to the NFL Combine over the last two years (25), with 14 players being represented this season, a school record.
