The #4 USC Trojans (3-0, 1-0) defeated the Texas Longhorns (1-2, 0-0) 27-24 at the Los Angeles Coliseum on Saturday night in 2OT. Texas will enjoy a bye-week next Saturday before beginning conference play on a Thursday night against Iowa State in Ames.
