The Texas Longhorns continue to reap the benefits from an open NCAA Transfer Portal, this time securing a commitment from Arkansas linebacker Brad Spence who visited Austin yesterday. Spence signed with Sam Pittman and the Razorbacks our of Klein Forest High School (Houston) and played in eleven games his freshman season with one start. This season he played in twelve games and started in four of them. In his two-year career in Little Rock he has 77 tackles with 30 of them being solo.
The 6-2, 238 lb. Spence was a 3-star prospect out of high school and held offers from more than 30 programs. He will have two full years of eligibility remaining.
