Hold the beer cans and batteries as we announce this to Longhorn Nation but…. the November 10th game against Iowa State at Darrell K. Royal – Texas Memorial Stadium will be broadcast exclusively on the Longhorn Network. We knew there was a strong possibility that a 3rd Texas game would end up on the Longhorn Network and it comes as no surprise that the Iowa State game fit the billing. The availability of the Longhorn Network, while still limited in the state, is available to significantly more fans with AT&T U-verse picking the channel up recently.  For fans in the Iowa and the surrounding area, the game will be broadcast on six regional ABC affiliate stations.
Longhorn Network is available on AT&T U-verse TV, Verizon FiOS TV, Grande Communications, Cablevision, Consolidated Communications, En-Touch Systems, E-Tex Communications, Bay City Cablevision, Mid-Coast Cablevision and Texas Mid-Gulf Cablevision.
It appears that the Network is also planning to release a mobile app in November that will allow streaming to mobile devices.
Texas vs. Baylor
The Texas vs. Baylor game scheduled for October 20th in Austin will be broadcast live on ABC in either the 2:30 pm or 7:00 pm time slot. Start time for the game will be finalized and announced on Sunday, October 14th.
