Former Texas OL JP Urquidez was once committed to Art Briles and Baylor Bears and thought he would play his college ball in Waco. Briles was fired and Urquidez, Devin Duvernay and Patrick Hudson requested and were released from their NLI’s as a result, ultimately ending up signing with the Longhorns under Charlie Strong.
