Texas vs. Iowa State start time (11/27)

Watch the UT game or shop on Black Friday. That's a tough choice.

It has been so long since I have shopped on Black Friday that I don’t think they even called it Black Friday.

Pandemic or no pandemic, forget that!

btw, I heard that they should have 12.5 million doses of vaccine for this year. I asked my daughter if that meant 2020 or 2021.

She was fairly certain it meant 2020 because their hospital is gearing up to receive it.

It must be stored at a very low temperature, and from what I gathered may require specialty freezers.

The game to watch today is the OU against Oklahoma State. The winner will probably be our opponent in the Big 12 if we make it.

That’s what she said, I thought, but later I wondered if I had misheard her.

I know some are hesitant to get the vaccine, but I am not. Teachers are pretty high on the priority list, and I am really glad. I have read that prison inmates will be prioritized before teachers, which I don’t understand.

I don’t know if that is true, or simply a proposal.

We went to online learning Tuesday due to contact tracing. We would have been critically short-staffed.

This vaccine cannot come soon enough.

The Big 12 title race is taking shape

... sort of. There are still a lot of tiebreaker scenarios that could make things convoluted. In practice, we won't know what the matchup in Arlington will likely be for another week or two. But after Oklahoma's 41-13 win over Oklahoma State and Iowa State trashing K-State 45-0, those would be your two favorites. Texas and Oklahoma State remain in the running and the Longhorns' home game against the Cyclones in Week 13 is going to be massive. For all the early-season lumps this conference took, the ending is shaping up to be a fun one.

Matt Campbell is considered one of the top candidates for the Michigan job.

The unconventional way Matt Campbell ended generations of futility at Iowa State

Wonder if Campbell walked with his players arm in arm protesting blm?  Or did he love his players enough to tell them they live in the best country in the world and as a player you have a world of opportunity in front of you.  Just don’t do drugs and get higher than a kite, commit a crime and resist police arrest.
