2011 Holiday Bowl: Cal Bears, Texas Longhorns To Get Shopping Spree In San Diego

The big gift will be a trip to a Best Buy, where players will be given a gift card with an undisclosed amount to purchase a few items of their choice. In addition, the Bears and Longhorns will receive a Tourneau watch, jacket and fitted cap to commemorate the experience. And this of course does not include the ultimate prize, which would be the Holiday Bowl trophy.

Kickoff for the Holiday Bowl is set for 5 p.m. on December 28. It will be televised nationally on ESPN.

and finally…Texas gets a number two ranking for a Christmas present. That would be number two behind only the The University of Miami as the top party school.
