Why the hell are we playing the "Maui Invitational" in North Carolina? ?

He asked himself, while not expecting a reasonable answer.....?

Gotta love this COVID world we live in.

Hopefully they play well today.

Shaka grew out his 'fro. It's a new day for Texas Hoops!

I sure hope so! Although you’ll forgive me if I’m skeptical. All the pieces are there but I’ve had my heart broken before.

I do like Shaka’s new look though ??

Caught the last 12 minutes of the game and i gotta say the Horns look good defensively.  Offense is a little better this year with more movement and a lot less standing around watching. They need a consistent outside shooter for this team to really be deadly.  Have a lot of guys that are capable outside shooters, but just no pure shooter. Maybe Jace (jase, can't remember which it is) can be that guy this year.  We will see.  Regardless, this team has a lot of depth and is versatile.  Looking forward a to a big run.

Listened to the game but didn’t see it. I’m concerned that the Horns shot the ball so poorly but it sounds like solid D won the game anyway.

I missed the game but caught the stats, summaries. Texas dominated defensively. IU HC openly said Texas punched them in the mouth and defensively denied them their game.

Looks like we get North Carolina in the final. I think this team might be up for it this time.

I listened to parts here and there. Texas answered and then some every time Indiana went on a little run. The 24% FG percentage is alarming though.

Wow, beat a good team.  I watched the UTRGV game and thought, well it is UTRGV.  But Indiana is usually a good team.  Nice win. Hopefully they can keep it going.

Yeah, if they don't improve on the FG%, that'll be the death of them.
