He has a good first few steps off the line but what is noticeable about Reggie is he is really shifty. He has some moves on him for sure.

Tonight he's playing really well (hauling in 3 TD's thus far). I've seen him several times this year and he is definitely worth 4 stars IMO. Remember, he's only a junior too.
