Says he has been granted release to transfer to Oregon, Texas, TCU with Oregon currently as his number 1. Went to high school at Austin Vandegrift

Sounds like he wants to follow his coach but given the QB situation in Austin and being a native, that could be a good stop-gap measure. 

Texas has depth at QB now, but it's not quality depth.

Wow, guess he thinks he's that good. Some of those teams actually have other QBs on their rosters. I figured he was simply looking for a school with an awesome philosophy dept and hot chicks.
