Reading the tea leaves at various places Texas has not really talked any NIL with Mckinley and they do not seem worried if he picks someone else tomorrow. They will wait to make their big play in December if they want to go all in with him. Also sounds like they like him but do not love him. They got their #1 DT on the board in Robinson already.

Robinson's ranking is a head scratcher.  He has offers from every big boy program across the country.  Hills has all the SEC offers, and January is stout IMO (go watch last year's state game, NS couldn't block him).  

I've seen many posters on Tigerdroppings that have seen Hills play in-person say he's legit and will be a stud.  Said they also wish Kelly would have prioritized him more.

Based on what we're hearing, your narrative really fits. TFB said aggy's late push was almost all NIL stuff. Sounded like Texas wasn't doing the same.
