Wingo needs to look at what the QB situation has looked like at Mizzou under Drinkwitz compared to what Sark has on campus/committed.

Missouri has somehow done a great job at times of keeping their studs at home, most recently with WR Luther Burden even though he's technically from East St. Louis.

They can't be overlooked even if Texas is the obvious choice for Wingo.

I think Hudson is trying his best to drum up drama.  Seems that he wants to drive up his NIL and create a situation where schools are really fighting it out for him.  No only that but he wants to keep people guessing as to where he will eventually land.  Much like what Colin has done.  

It'd be fun to get Wingo in the boat by mid-season or so because then Sark is playing with house money at the WR position.

Go all-out for Bussey or Hudson and watch those fanbases squirm until Signing Day.

Remember DGB?  That dood threw it all away for the sticky icky...was the highest ever rated WR...total bust in the NFL, < 1K yards, 6 TD's, 2 DUI arrests...very sad....

When he chose UMisery, that entire state had a stiffy for 2 days straight!

They had previously said Herman was seen in the area as pretty toxic before being fired.

I think one of Herman’s problems was he tried to act exactly like Urban Meyer. Everything he did was patterned after what he had seen with Urban. Everyone knows Urban is an a#%hole……….but he had trophies in the trophy case so alot of people overlooked it. Herman didn’t have the trophies so the act/immaturity got old…….especially at one of the top universities in the country. Texas BMD and fans weren’t going to be too happy with it when Maryland was dominating us. The cockiness and the arrogance played out. A place like Houston it goes over alot better but not at Texas. Maybe he’ll do well at FAU.

I do think that we need to do our best to keep the momentum going.  We do not need a long lapse in recruting buzz.  As long as the dominos are consistantly falling from now until NSD I think we will have a top 5 class.

I like the staff's approach. Go after the best players available who fit the need and the culture. Be selective.

Focusing on their top targets and not settling has proved to be very successful so far in recruiting. And the portal has provided a safety net when they do miss on their top targets.
