Texas LB Anthony Hill Jr. is officially headed to the NFL.
Hill Jr. put together a standout season for the Longhorns, recording 70 total tackles (38 solo), four sacks, three forced fumbles, a pass breakup, and two interceptions. A cornerstone of the Texas defense, Hill Jr. has been one of the faces of the program’s resurgence under Steve Sarkisian, leaving a lasting mark on the Forty Acres over three impressive seasons.
Under Sarkisian, Texas has produced 28 NFL Draft picks, including a program-record 12 selections in the 2025 NFL Draft, tying for the fourth-most ever by a single program in a seven-round draft.
Hill Jr. is now positioned to become the next Longhorn to hear his name called and could very well be a first-round pick this April.
