The Oklahoma State Cowboys and the Texas Longhorns will meet for the 21st time at Darrell K. Royal – Texas Memorial Stadium on Saturday. The Longhorns face an undefeated Cowboys team that has beaten them four straight times and five straight in Austin. Oklahoma State is the only Big 12 team Tom Herman hasn’t beaten as head coach of the Longhorns.
The stakes are high for both teams, which have the goal of competing for a Big 12 Championship. Texas will face a prolific offense that boasts the nation’s leading rusher and receiver in Chuba Hubbard and Tylan Wallace, respectively. Oklahoma State will have its hands full with veteran quarterback Sam Ehlinger and an array of weapons at wide receiver for the Longhorns.
A win on Saturday gets each team closer to that goal.
