The following 2014 “Horn Sports 50” list was revised on November 12, 2013 by Horn Sports recruiting contributor Scott Hansen. Â Scott is also the Director of Scouting for Elite Scouting Services – Texas and has seen his fair share of high school football talent in Texas under the Friday night lights. Â Our original list was prepared and disseminated on May 20, 2013, and as you can imagine things have changed over the last 6 months. Â Players improve, some substantially, and make a move up the list while others may take a step back. Â Ultimately, the list was carefully prepared and considered with the intent of acknowledging the the immense high school football talent present in the great state of Texas.
