Longhorns and Sooners will kickoff at 11:00 AM on Saturday, October 9th
The Texas Longhorns and Oklahoma Sooners meet at The Cotton Bowl in Dallas for their annual rivalry matchup on Saturday, October 9th, with kickoff being an early one. The Red River Showdown will kickoff at 11:00 AM and will be televised on ABC. The contest marks the third straight 11:00 AM game for the Longhorns.
The game will serve as the 117th meeting between the two programs with Texas holding a 62-49-5 all-time record against the Sooners.
Last year Oklahoma defeated Texas 53-45 in an overtime thriller.
