The Southeastern Conference announced its 2024 football schedule for all teams in the league on Wednesday evening. Newcomers to the SEC along with the Oklahoma Sooners, the Texas Longhorns will host Florida, Georgia, Kentucky and Mississippi State at Darrell K. Royal – Texas Memorial Stadium. Road contests against SEC foes include Vanderbilt, Arkansas, and a post-Thanksgiving tilt with Texas A&M. The Longhorns will play Oklahoma at the Cotton Bowl as well in an SEC conference bout.
In non-conference games, the Longhorns open by hosting Colorado State followed by a trip to Ann Arbor to face the Michigan Wolverines in Week 2. The ‘Horns head back home after that with games against UTSA and UL-Monroe.
