New platform and additional staff headline improvements
Austin, TX – On Monday, April 1, 2014, Hornsports.com announced multiple upgrades to their website, ownership, and the site’s content. The site’s upgrades were announced in conjunction with news that members will now be able to pay for premium access to unique content on the site.
The site already has a robust functionality when compared to competitive sites, and the new functionality will serve to widen that difference. The upgrades, which will be released sequentially over a four week timeframe, include:
Hornsports.com also announced the addition of Sean Adams and Matt Cotcher to their staff. Adams has covered Texas football for 12 years and is a regular contributor on Longhorn Network and Austin sports radio. Cotcher adds content writing and editing experience from his previous work at Rivals.com.
These changes will happen in conjunction with the site’s release of a new, premium membership level. For $4.99 per month, members will have access to exclusive content that non-paying members will not be able to access.
