Even so, I'm kind of discouraged to hear Saban considered so highly after all the hubbub we all experienced before. It just seems like one of those "let's not even really give it a lot of credence until it happens" kind of things.

Auburn boards mentioned Bob Petrino, their former OC (under Tuberville).

Petrino later on was at Louisville when the AU boosters and AD flew there in an attempt to talk to him about the AU job, and their flight paths were tracked---Petrinogate. The two biggest AU boosters are banker Robert Lowder and Jimmy Raines who owns the Yellawood, treated wood company.

We should wait as long as necessary, but it would be nice to give the new coach about a month prior to NSD to keep the studs in the current class and to get a few more perhaps? Any thoughts on Earl Thomas not being a Jim Harbaugh fan? I saw a tweet from him recently hoping its not Him Harbaugh?
