Can't say I disagree with you. What ever it is the bar is way too low for Charlie coming back. I'm not sure they're even is a bar.

I still disagree but I understand your viewpoint. To me, there is just no room for excuses from Charlie anymore. It is his job to fix the mistakes that were happening prior and he has not, specifically on his side of the ball.Okay, fair enough. I will walk back my statement a little bit about him not getting fired regardless of the record.
I think the only way that he's 100% gone is if he wins less than 5 games.
I think it's 50-50 if he wins 5 games.
I think if he wins at least 6 games then he's 100% back.
Well, if you think I'm going to walk back my statement again, you have another think coming. You young whippersnapperI still disagree but I understand your viewpoint. Haha I wouldn't anticipate that at all, sir. I just enjoy the conversation! That's what i'm here for.Well, if you think I'm going to walk back my statement again, you have another think coming. You young whippersnapper![]()
Just kidding of course. I always enjoy reading your thoughts. Keep up the good work.
while I agree completely, this is fan-talk. What Fenves thinks is TBD. Again, I'd ask if he'll have the stomach to pull the trigger.I still disagree but I understand your viewpoint. It's fan talk because nobody knows what Fenves will do. Yes, he calls the shot. How do you think his call will be impacted when Red McCombs and the other boosters start pulling donations if Charlie stays? Bet you he has the stomach to do so then.while I agree completely, this is fan-talk. What Fenves thinks is TBD. Again, I'd ask if he'll have the stomach to pull the trigger.
When I said Herman above I should have said Herman or someone. And what Herman has done differently is win.I have a problem with Herman... what has he done that's any different than Charlie?
Do we really think that boosters will start pulling donations if they don't get their way? It's fan talk because nobody knows what Fenves will do. Yes, he calls the shot. He's been talked about as a possible candidate for various major head coaching openings such as USC, LSU, and Texas.I have a problem with Herman... what has he done that's any different than Charlie?
No. But knowing their personalities, it would not at all be surprising.Do we really think that boosters will start pulling donations if they don't get their way?
Gilbert is more veer and shoot. Bubble screens, reliant on run game, vertical passing threat. I think the spread you see with Herman is more of what you saw with Vince Young and Colt McCoy. Dual threat QB with some run mixed in, lots of passes in the middle of the field. So I'm just curious about Herman's offensive scheme; I know he runs the spread, but how different is his version of the scheme when compared to Gilbert?
I think that's a big issue for a lot of folks. Like I stated earlier, going after these low-tier coaches is always going to be a 50/50 gamble.I have a problem with Herman... what has he done that's any different than Charlie?
