mayes must feel like shit after that disaster of a ninth inning.  hope he recovers, because that was beyond ridiculous.

augie obviously needs to do more than bench CJ.  he needs to sit some other guys and try some of the guys on the bench.  

this team has to win tonight.  we can't keep doing this and thinking it's all going to be ok.  i'm ready to see some fire from these guys.  throw some bats or something.  shitfire, raise some hell, something, anything....

and the umps.  geezus.    augie needs to get run on the first f##king balk call from that asshole that was at second base last night.  wear his ass out.  augie needs to have a damn meltdown on that dickhead.

My "package shift" worked last night to bring us back and get it into extra innings. Just did not get us over the hump.

Going to my favorite slump buster tonight. Before I open each Shiner I'm going to shake it up. That way when I pop the top the Gods are bound to hear it.

I don't really disagree Slim.  We need to see some fire.  I know for a fact that it's there, and I saw flashes in spots during the game last night.  It needs to be more consistent. 

Regarding your question about Kaleb Denny yesterday, a scout I know told me that he is recovering from surgery that he had earlier in the season.

Word of advice, if you're going to be shifting your package on a regular basis, you may want to mix in some lotion.  Chafing can be a real bitch.

well, that makes more sense than not seeing him at all but i've asked the question two or three times, both here and over on TOS and nobody said he was injured.  i even asked if he was injured and got some sort of negative reply.

Ok, let's try some of the others then.  i'm glad to see the changes.  not sure clemens needs to be in the game, but he's solid on defense at least.  boswell started out like an all conference player and has flat disappeared lately.

by the way, Baker, let's try to play a little less nonchalant.  that was a play little leaguers make.  shit, i make that play and i can't bend over far enough to tie my f'n shoelaces.
