Ricky Seals Jones still has Texas at the top of his list of schools, with LSU and A&M being the other two contenders. Quote below from BON's piece on it:

Texas is still No. 1. They're still No. 1 but it's just mixed up still. When I sit down and talk to my parents and coach and make that decision, that's when I'll really know where I'm going to go. It's all mixed up after that but it's probably LSU or A&M after that.
Also RSJ evidently received death threats after he de-committed. This is absolutely unbelievable.

Assuming that there will actually be a UT quarterback that will be able to complete passes of 15+ yards in the air within the next couple years, RSJ would be the focal point of the passing game. The current offensive game plan in place to take the "occasional" shot down field has proven to make the defense's job much easier. College football teams that are in the title hunt don't just have a QB who can manage the game, they typically have dynamic offenses that give defensive coordinators fits. If that means that UT's current squad isn't built to win, so be it. Jackson Jeffcoat and the rest of the defense can only be so good.

RSJ would definitely cap the class off but from what I am hearing neither Ash nor McCoy are quarterbacks we can look forward to at Texas. We are in quite a pickle and perhaps the coaches need to think about developing Brewer or Overstreet, both of whom seem have the inherent tools to thrive at the position.
