SignUp Now!I doubt it. We seem to be letting go of our staff already.Just heard on the news that there are 80 teams needed for all the bowl games but 80 teams don't qualify. Due to Texas' APR, they may get an invite to a bowl game. Wow, do you think Texas would accept an invite?
Great pointIt should be about the kids. Why not let those seniors have the game.

This…Let Herman make the decision if indeed a bowl offer is extended. He'll make the correct decision to do what is most advantageous to UT program.
and this.the only win would be Herman getting to evaluate the team in person during practices before trying to fill holes in recruiting and most of the bowl game prep is during recruiting dead period

Two reasons. It should be about the kids. Why not let those seniors have the game.
Here's another newsflash. Everyone is entitled to an opinion. I say skip it.If we get an invite take it. Whether the fan base believes we deserve it is beside the point. These young men have sacrificed blood, sweat, and tears to play football and represent THE University of Texas. Very few will ever put the pads on again and get to play. Anyone who has played will tell you they would do anything to go out on the field one more time. If anyone doesn't want to watch them then don't watch. News flash: It's not about you and you've done nothing to have a say whether we play or not. If these boys want to play let them play. I don't think anyone could say D'Onta Foreman doesn't deserve one more game as a Longhorn.

Tom Herman already has us bowl eligible.
That was quick
