Saban- Call Your Shot

Nick needs to make the move.

He can stay at Bama and face a loud, fickle fan base and several tough teams in 2014 ( e.g. Auburn) with an inexperienced QB, OR

continue toward a legacy no college coach has ever accomplished......NC's at three programs.

I think (or darn sure hope) he comes to Austin.

I so badly want to believe. I trust you McPhaul! We all agree, however, nothing can really happen until there is an opening. Ketch seems to think MB may not announce soon. Coach Brown's announcement cannot come soon enough as far as I'm concerned. So, when does he announce he is retiring...tomorrow or Monday?

Out. Hopefully we can find a coach that will better fit the talent at his disposal within the state lines.

If he wasn't a serious option he would have signed an extension by now, troll.
Illogical. Maybe he doesn't like the terms.

I'd love to have him but he's not coming.

ill say this ...if theres no real movement by wednesday then its a no..i just think mack will drag it out untill saban backs off then he will retire and were stuck looking at plan bs cs ds

I believe Mack wont be back

I believe UT will hire a new coach

Im not 100% but I will say Saban is in

but if something happens and he doesnt come I think Texas can hire a great coach.

Either way Mack needs to retire and thats the most important thing

If he doesn't like the terms, then he is negotiating with us. So you can't say he was never a serious option when he hasn't squashed any rumor, or signed an extension.

Think he is IN. things are aligning properly. I think if Mack gets to ballsy now Patterson drops the hammer...

I'm all in on St. Nick, unfortunately, this scenario is bringing back memories of DD's infatuation with Notre Dame. Hope we're not left at the altar.

My Christmas wish would be complete if he was, but since Mack just got done playing for a conference championship game and can finish with 9 wins I don't see him calling it quits. I think we should get used to another long off season of Mack getting it fixed.
