Doesn't change my thoughts on "our process". There are pluses and minuses when it comes to hiring by committee. The biggest minus is there is never a consensus and when blame is placed (after a bad hire) it's dispersed among the committee. It's a way for a bad AD to get around doing his job. Be a man, make a decision. It's what your paid the big bucks for.
