Ok folks, I don't ask for this often so if you wouldn't mind indulging me for minute of your time, I would appreciate it.

I have good buddy that submitted a backstrap recipe to Field and Stream magazine. He's in a competition with another gentleman, David, for this contest.

Chris used Axis backstrap in a Marsala recipe. David has a smoked backstrap with sausage. Both look great, but help my buddy out.
