THE MATCHUP—Texas and Nevada will meet for a two-game series beginning on Tuesday. The programs have only one previous meeting, with the Longhorns winning 16-6 during the 1994 NCAA Central Regional held in Austin. The game attendance of 7,825 is the eighth-largest crowd in UFCU Disch-Falk Field history.
