Sadly this is how some less fortunate than you or me are living on the streets of Dallas. My son Corey is involved in this ministry. He is the good looking young man, with the guitar and the blue stripped shirt.

I am sure, if you are inclined, you could make a donation to the ministry. Just contact New Life Ministries..

Here is a link if you want to check out what they do.. http://www.anewlifeinc.org/

Hey thanks for sharing bro! I think I have heard of this group. Your sons flashes in the video 2 or 4 times too. Does he get the guitar playing from his old man? Homelessness is a huge problem like poverty. 1 in 4 children in the US live in poverty. Gotta help one another as much as possible.

He was saved from the streets by people doing exactly what he is doing. He was a drug user at 14 and spent a year at a home. He then was in and out of jail for several more years before he found the Lord in Denton county Jail doing a year for probation violation.

He is now enrolled in Christ for the Nations and does work for this ministry and The Bridges. They are charged to get to the homeless, feed and open their hearts to the Gospel. They also work to find them housing and jobs.

It is a remarkable story and one I can't tell enough. The music is his but he got his singing voice from me. Some son I have and for years I worried every time the phone rang.

Now he is married and has a son named Christian. My life is filled with miracles. My daughter in works with social workers for the homeless medical needs and finding housing.

When my son graduated he wants to follow this path in his ministry.
