Ketch on OB is saying that he just heard from a reliable source on Bama side that Saban has accepted the new deal and an announcement will be coming very soon.

SignUp Now!This. Sounds like the BMDs trying to get this done need to work overtime. If Saban doesn't sign anything this weekend I don't think it's over.
This.Gonna need more confirmation than Ketch. Bama site says the deal is not signed...which means about the same as the last few weeks with it sitting on Saban's desk
again amenSaban is not coming.. Time to move on. If he does I will gladly bow to all those who said he was. Time to get a real coaching search started..
was posted their sources are telling them nothing has fallen though with Texas and that they werent surprised Bama is pushing to get Saban to agree to something before Texas is open. Who knows what is happening at this momentThis can't be true IT just issued their update saying nothing had changed with Saban. What are we suppose to believe?
I agree but Saban staying at Bama is much more believable than it ever was about him coming to Texas. I'm afraid this is more likely to be true than the rumors we heard Wednesday.Today is basically the polar opposite of Wednesday. There was smoke coming out all over the place that Saban was coming to Texas, but no contracts signed, etc. Today, it's reports of Saban signing an extension, but nothing signed.
Basically all just conjecture and sources on both sides giving different info.
No facts yet, folks.
