Yes he sure could and IMO we have a coach now that it’s going to have to be max effort ALL the time

I heard two stories on that. Who knows which one is true.

1. Staff told Estelle he could get some PT at WR if he agreed to play there. This is when we had a few WRs injured and were thin at the time.

2. Estelle approached staff, didn't like being buried on the depth chart and saw this new young talent coming in. Wanted the move to get some PT.

Heplayed WR at Hooks. IMO he was better at safety scored several TDS at each position.

He is one of the ones who could return next year but will not.

Read the ESPN article and it states he was joined by his wife afterwards so I'm guessing that who you saw.

I dont get all the Jake Smith love.....and all the oh Woe!....I was disappointed in Jake from the jump. He was ok fast, but not elite fast. His hands were average at best, and that is too kind an evaluation. He did not run routes well, and to add injury to insult....he was VERY injury prone. When you throw into the mix that he was never mentally committed to play here.....I have to imitate Curley Bill and say.....well......Bye! 

I would rather have his roster spot than Jake himself.

So reading the latest email from CDC and he states "We’re awaiting those Learfield IMG Directors’ Cup rankings and anticipating we’ll be the ones to snap Stanford’s 28-year hold on that beacon of all-sports success."

So it's looking really good that Josey Wales may be dead after all but I still want to see that body.
