You're assuming you have more optimism about this team than I do since I haven't made any statement about how good I think will be this year. 

And I'm 72 years old and been married 50 years so I am pretty much past being insulted by anything or anyone. I mean I've pretty much reached the "I don't give a shit stage" ?

One thing I read yesterday had Texas-Texas A$M as the annual conference matchup for both teams.

That was upsetting as I don't care about beating aggy near as much as I care about beating OU.

Texas and OU are renewing their agreement with the cotton bowl, which would mean they intend to play each other every year going forward.

I wouldn’t say weakness on roster. What I’m saying is can this team win and play on a consistent basis and week to week. 

Another thought, I had my doubts about PK after year one, but he dispelled those last year.

I’m tired of every offseason and saying this is the year and no excuses. Then we  keep making excuses. It’s prove it time. I remember in 2019 when I said this is the year. 

Had Collin Johnson stayed healthy that year things might have been different but alas the defense hurt us as well. When four of your top 5 tacklers are DB's things are not going well.
