Good class being put together, but everyone knows ISUF (it starts up front). What type of offensive and defensive line class are we looking at? I believe we were short this year.

Still short a DT or two I believe. Of course Mack would fill that void and then some.

I think there are only 6 scholarship OL on this team.  In the chat last night, Throthefade said 15-20 is the norm.  I can see the staff going after OL hard next year too.

It blew my mind how we only got a couple of linemen and qb commits while Mack was here. Honestly if he cared about his job at the end you would think he would of put more effort in beefing up the team with big guys.

I agree TD.  I would like to see us carry around 18 scholarship OL on the team.

Have we added any big nasty type that can dominate next year..... O line not good this year. I do believe an off season will help, but talent upgrade also needed.

He had QB commits, just the wrong ones.

I can see Coach Strong acting like a 2015 coach instead of the Mack model, by letting a few 2015 recruits know the landscape has changed and they may be better off going on.

How many redshirts (3 OL) was CS forced to embrace that need to go?

I see opportunity for a new winning mindset at the Firth Acres.!

Not hard to see why we are struggling on the offensive line. None of the 8 SO, JR, or SR linemen are above average and I'm not sure any of them even have the potential to be. In fact, there are probably only 1 or 2 who have the potential to be as good as average.

We really need Harrison, the FR, or the Juco's to step up.

Perkins is way above average, and James would be as well but he can't stay healthy.

You have to figure the Freshmen may not be any good either since they were Mack's recruits. Those EEs need to be beasts and need to stay healthy.

Anderson and the other frosh RS OL (Rodriguez I believe) were Wickline late additions to the class and not Mack holdovers I believe.
