It worked for Dallas when they wanted Jimmy Johnson (Mi Cocina).Take it from someone who has lived both places. We have much better Mexican food in Austin.
This alone is enough.
Carne asada FTW!

Although he says he has no interest, it is amazing that the Niners say they won't get into a bidding contest.San Francisco 49ers coach Jim Harbaugh has told the organization's brass that he's not interested in the Texas Longhorns coaching job, but if Harbaugh decides to leave, the club won't put up much of a fight to keep him.
That's according to a report from ProFootballTalk.com.
The report says Harbaugh's contract doesn't stipulate that he can't leave for a college-coaching job. And, reportedly, the 49ers aren't interested in getting into a bidding war for Harbaugh's services.
Because of his success at Stanford and in the NFL, Harbaugh has been linked to the Texas opening from the start. He led the 49ers to the Super Bowl last season. His 2010 Stanford team, quarterbacked by Andrew Luck, went 11-1 and won a BCS bowl.
