Jesus: Nick Saban and what I'm hearing

They are saying "first to report this story, orangebloods.com" or something very similar. It is simply not true.
There is a game being played here.

Insidetexas.com has been giving weekly updates for a year. McPhaul has been calling his shot forever in detail. I don't expect this site to get much credit at this point (too new), but IT has been around a long time and is run by a reputable guy (Clendon Ross).

It is a political game, but it's not right to report false info on who breaks a story. It happens way too often.

I'm not sure I would blame ESPN. I was emailed today by Orangebloods.com with a "come back to us because look what we did!" theme (mass emailing) which in no uncertain terms said they were the first to break the story.

Have no idea what their main page is currently pimping but they were definitely trying to gain subs over their story today.

JS real identity hasn't been a huge secret. His identity was out there in the public domain well before the Twitter battle that ensued over the article that was posted online by Clay Travis. Glad to see he is going to ditch the alias and post under his real name.

I don't get all the vitriol being tossed Chip's direction. He is a respected journalist who puts his neck out there to break stories under his real name and not an alias. Is is right 100% of the time? No, but who rarely is right all the time. He nailed the story regarding Deloss Dodds early retirement and caught hell from the athletic department at Texas. Now he breaks the story regarding Mack stepping down and once again he is getting dogged in the media. I give him and the OB credit for putting their necks out there on this story.

I love the OB and many of the things it brings to the table. Although I am not a member, IT seems like they are also doing a really fine job. All of that said this is quickly becoming one of my favorite sites for information on Texas athletics. As I mentioned in another message I don't feel that posters need to talk trash about the other sites. Each site brings something valuable to the table. More competition means a better product and more information.

It's been an exciting 24 hours fellow Horn fans. Buckle up your seat belts and enjoy the ride.

He says he'll post his real identity tomorrow.
I believe it is already known, although I haven't cared to investigate. Ketchum, for the sole purposes of being a jealous asshole, published his real identity on Orangebloods last week.
To be fair, Ketch only said "Kevin".

Are people going to go around to every Kevin they meet and ask if he is Jesus? That'll go over well.
