Jesus: Nick Saban and what I'm hearing

No need to bash JS guys...he's been on this for months. Btw McPhaul and the guys, I've been following your site for a few weeks now. Good stuff

Yes, they pulled it back to the pay area.

Good decision to edit it DizzG.

As far as content, it was more of the same, really. The interesting part to me is the first paragraph tease that is still out there for free:

Knowing full well that any numbers I throw out will aid and abet the enemy, I will say the minimum. Again, full disclosure, I'm reporting a story that seems to be taking on a life of it's own but I feel it's important to post now so this website is credited for the work. To that end, I'll also be posting my real identity tomorrow and I will email all subsequent stories to the various media outlets including but not limited to ESPN, CBS Sports, etc.

I love that Jesus is about to throw the gloves down. Chip keeps taking credit for this shit and that is all about to end!!

JS, Eric and the IT crew do good work. They are entitled to all the rewards for the work they do. Its called "good work."

They own this story. Props to them for setting the bar. Props to our team for they work they did, but damned! Congrats.

He's been on this story since last year...way before the AP article. I can kinda see why he wants credit when/if this goes down. It seems thats why he's going to now write under his real name. Mcphaul deserves more credit for this stuff too over OB IMO, but I know the important thing is its just going down
If he wants credit then he needs to drop the psuedonym and start posting under his real name. No credible news organization is going to quote a character from a Spike Lee movie.

Honestly I like JS and the head guys over there, I just don't like the community all that much other than the regulars I see in several places. However with these stories going they will keep me hooked for a little while.

So, who is Jesus?
He isn't the first to have a normal life and write under a pen name. It sometimes gives people more literary freedom. After all, we are mostly graduates of what we claim to be an elite university.

Anyone can choose to write under any name and all of us are free to follow or ignore. {That isn't an original statement, I lifted it from marktwain.com ;) }

He says he'll post his real identity tomorrow.

I believe it is already known, although I haven't cared to investigate. Ketchum, for the sole purposes of being a jealous asshole, published his real identity on Orangebloods last week.

Why? Many famous writers don't use their real names.

Actors too.

Also, ESPN is giving credit to orangebloods.com, not so much a specific person. I did hear Chip Brown a few times, but the majority of the Sportscenters are simply stating orangebloods.com and 247sports.com. They can easily say insidetexas.com or hornsports.com. In fact, someone should make them pull it. They are saying "first to report this story, orangebloods.com" or something very similar. It is simply not true.

There is a game being played here.

Insidetexas.com has been giving weekly updates for a year. McPhaul has been calling his shot forever in detail. I don't expect this site to get much credit at this point (too new), but IT has been around a long time and is run by a reputable guy (Clendon Ross).

It is a political game, but it's not right to report false info on who breaks a story. It happens way too often.

Or maybe it was because most of us have an idea who Jesus Shuttleworth is, and have for a very long time.

Quick request since this thread is already about another site. I think Cujo just claimed Saban is in Austin right now over on OB. Any truth to that / did he actually say that / is anyone willing to quote what he said?

Not seeing where he posted.

Is Cujo over here anymore or posting on both sites? Starting to wonder if OB worked a deal with Cujo similar to El Mahico. Hopefully he keeps posting here as well.
