How would you expand I-35 in Austin?

I don't have to live full time in Austin to know that major changes are needed so what would be your solution? I am in favor of a more elaborate interbelt to go along with the light rail system.

No one really uses mass transit around here except the ones without cars to begin with.

The Interstate is land locked and cant realistically be widened.

Best bet is to turn SH130 and SH45 into free roads but thar will never happen.

No one likes to pay tolls. But with a rapidly expanding central Texas area, something has to be done to help ease traffic.

130 was to have been free as the Mokan Expressway but got put to the side until it was too late, hence privately owned tollway.

This isnt Houston or Dallas. People are not going to pay and that's why the road is highly under used
