I own Bat City Awards & Apparel in central Austin. I'm just down the road from campus. We specialize in corporate awards, branded apparel and promotional products. I'm fortunate to work a lot with the University. Doing a small job for UT Football right now.

Anyway, I posted this way back on OB. Took some grief but didn't expect it over here. Yes I have a daughter named Jennifer Lawrence, 23, an actress. Well, former actress. My Jennifer Lawrence was in Rushmore, Arlington Road, Career Day and a host of Commercials. As she got older she figured out that actors don"t make anything unless they're A-list. Then she figured out that the ones really making money in entertainment are the attorneys. So that's where she is now, in Law School.

I did get a call from the "other" Jennifer Lawrence's father, Gary, several years ago regarding their IMDB statuses. My Jennifer Lawrence was actually listed as I and his as III. He wanted his daughter listed number I and we made some backroom deal that didn't really work in our favor...yet.

So, that's it. They have the same name, were born a few weeks apart and strangely resemble each other.

Maybe someday Jennifer Lawrence will represent, Jennifer Lawrence.

Sorry for the confusion but I have fun with it sometimes.
