Great Expectations - Charlie Strong's debut

victory.jpg

this is all that i expect!

And the odd thing was, there would be stretches or drives where they’d go no huddle and it would almost always work. But then they’d get the ball back and just completely sit on it again.â€

This sounds  Charlie Strong decision not a Watson decision. It makes sense if your HC wants a rested defense.

What I would like to see as number one on my list tomorrow is to see total domination for the lines on offense and defense. Number two is for Ash to show he's ready to be a top college QB.

Agree with primal's post; I just hope UT wins the game (not so concerned with the margin of victory)...hope Johnathan Gray

looks great and totally recovered from injury...I'd like to see him at 100% again.  And I hope we suffer no injuries in the game,

to any of our players.

Hook 'em Horns!

I thought of echeese's remarks on Watson's scapegoat status when he started talking about the offense.

This should be required gameday reading for Longhorn fans....see what other media has to say about Strong & Watson based on their time in Louisville.

Always like Ennis' insight and enjoyed his stuff over at Bigeastcoastbias.  This is an incredible read for Longhorn fans and anyone interested in gaining insight into who Charlie Strong is and what his staff is all about.

Well done Cotch, well done.
