Game Day!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

leason in leadership
i had that same thought.  but then i asked myself if i really thought colt needed any leadership training.  that was the end of that idea.

neither of those guys needed instruction.  mostly vince needed greg davis to take a lesson in coaching.

colt is burly enough that i don't think he's quite a match for shane.  when i look at highlights, i don't see colt.  i see major with wheels and much better athleticism and quickness.

Why are you guys comparing a true freshman to a NFL veteran? Are you as small as you were when you were 18?What you should be doing is comparing Shane to Colt when Colt was a true freshman. Colt was much scrawnier than Shane. And Shane's legs are spread wider in that pic, too, which probably makes for about a half inch, and his shoulders and hips look wider than Colt's. I think Shane will be bigger, not smaller than Colt, though slightly shorter.

you're right, of course, but we don't have a pic of frosh colt standing with frosh shane.  i recall that colt beefed up, but those shoulders have been broad all along.  shane won't likely grow much more if at all that way.  colt is just a naturally bigger person.

i don't see that as a problem.  don't run him into the teeth of a defense.  pick moments just enough to complicate things.

(hey, when's my o-coordinator's hat supposta get here?)

eric nahlin has always struck me as one of the best guys around and not an incautious person.  i think maybe he has decided whether he thinks charlie is going to make it as the longhorn football head coach.

sorry mike.
I honestly have no F****** idea what you're talking about.  But I will take a stab at it. Like everyone else I want Strong to succeed but let me be clear. I have no loyalty to him or any coach. I love the University of Texas. Coaches come and go the only constant is my beloved university. Also I am always truly amazed how emotionally invested people become in a coach. Seems weird to me.
