Matt--here, i've started the thread for you.

Now, your mission today, should you decide to accept it, is to find the supreme dumbass in the pressbox who plays the "walk up" music for our relief pitchers, putting a doggie shock collar on them and then zapping them when they play that stupid "we will, will, rock you" song just after we've just given up four f'ng runs to the bad guys.

It must be done.  Sorry.  Please let us know it is done before the game starts and that you've put in a fresh new Energizer battery for maximum zappage.  I want to be able to hear the "zaaaappppppp, owwww!" from my seats.

Haha. That's good stuff Slim.

I want to secure us a series win today.

Dangerous game today - after playing hard and riding Parker French on Friday night, yesterday the team unraveled and fell into the habits that have plagued them throughout the season.

Today is a linchpin game of sorts. Today's attitude & outcome will likely tell everyone how the final four games will go. Win today, and the Horns should easily win the last four on talent alone. If they mail in today's game, then the writing is on the wall for those final games, IMO.

Interesting times.

How any sober person would predict this team would 'easily win the last four' is beyond me. So I have to assume you're drunk.

They already beat Texas State twice and Baylor is the kind of team the Horns handle.

This team isn't inconsistent. They've taken care of lesser teams all season.

Texas Tech lineup:

DH - Corey Raley

8 - Zach Davis

9 - Stephen Smith

7 - Tyler Neslony

3 - Eric Gutierrez

4 - Bryant Burleson

6 - Orlando Garcia

2 - Tyler Floyd

5 - Michael Davis

RHP Dominic Moreno (2-3, 2.15)

like corpus christi aggy? Maybe you're right but I wouldn't predict this team would easily win 4 straight against anybody right now.

Michael cantu must have really pissed off the baseball gods at some point. He is the most snakebit player on the most snakebit team in baseball.
