SignUp Now!LOL - it did. In addition I wanted to see who McPhaul is and his "sources". He and zzzz, of IT, have made bold and outrageous assertions that Saban is 100% confirmed to be coming to Texas. This even surpasses Jesus's claim of a 75% chance he is coming.Ah ha! Curiosity got the best of you, huh Doc?
Doc, you MAY want to jump back onto the IT board. JS made a whopper of a post tonight.LOL - it did. In addition I wanted to see who McPhaul is and his "sources". All of the reporters have delivered their messages based on "sources", "inside info", "BMD's", "connected friends", ad infinitum. The truth is, without clear cut evidence and names, it is all simply hearsay. No matter how much we want to believe the reporters and messengers are right, the fact is NO ONE has conclusive evidence that Nick Saban intends to be our next head coach.
And the fact is, this situation has not changed any from the first reports last year.
Another truth is, that we all seem to want to overlook, is there is no head coach opening at UT. Furthermore, in spite of all the "behind the scenes" scuttlebutt, there is no indication there will BE an opening anytime in the near future. All the rumors of Mack Browns demise have been just that - unsubstantiated rumors.
This is todays reality because we, the general public, have nothing to hang our hats on except simply hearsay.
And, IMO, that ain't good enough.
