Ohio State and UCLA drop in the polls based on poor performances while still winning their games... Bama gets absolutely worked by WVU and doesn't budge. Pure ridiculousness.
sec!!!!!!!!!!!!

sec!!!!!!!!!!!!

etc, etc.

I hate seeing A&m doing so well, but most of America watched them play and they were pretty amazing against a top 10 team (whether or not SC deserved that ranking is a different story). Sumlin has them playing extremely well and the way the pollsters and fans like it...with lots of offense. Expect to see them ranked high for a while, folks.

Their next 5 games are vs trash opponents... So yeah they should stay clean for a while. I don't give them much credit for beating the crap out of an annually overrated South Carolina team. They are the flavor of the week but they back loaded all their tough games this year... They end up with at least 3 losses, IMO.

I share your dislike for their success... But the only reason I hate it is because they are killing it recruiting wise. I also dislike Sumlin, a whole lot. A few more key(inevitable) arrests and they'll be back to bottom feeding.

Coach Lyon would have them playing extremely well against that South Carolina team. Dallas Carter would have been more a more interesting opponent.

This is how the SEC bamboozles everyone. Take a team like SCarolina with no QB, lost most of the defense and all the stars they had - and rank them high at 9 despite having no real reason to do that.

Now, take a lesser team that beats the pseudo top 10 team and watch them pound them - producing two higher ranked teams because Aggy went up and Carolina was kept in the top 20.

Bama plays a team picked almost dead last in the Big 12 and barely makes it out alive - and moves nowhere.

This is how the SEC wins every single year. It's almost to the point where it's impossible for them not to be dominant in the polls.

And it seems that we are the only people that share this glaring realization! What amazes me is that the other 3/4ths of the US never kicks up any more noise about this. This has been happening for years now and Ive been screaming about it the whole time. SEC gets favorable preseason ranking every single year and that is without a doubt one of the greatest advantages a team can be given. Its so much easier to stay in the top 10-15 than it is to break into it... Oregon(stomped opponent) jumped OU(stomped opponent) but Bama(struggled from the kickoff) didn't move at all... How people aren't more up in arms over blatant nonsense like this, Ill never know.

 Ahhhahahaha "Bamboozles!"

Not worth Poll watching at this point, our boys just need to take care of business one week at a time.

It's a self propelled machine. South Carolina falls but not much but A&M is SO much better. Then they add "weak" non-conference opponents because the "SEC is so hard" but it's really to keep the machine running. It's all about perception.

I mean Bowl games help to eliminate that perception but the playoff should help a lot if the SEC doesn't perform (ie. consistently being knocked out in the Final 4 stage). Nick Saban and the SEC loved the BCS because after 2005, it guaranteed them at least 1 (if not 2) teams in the national championship.
