Charles Omenihu to return for Senior season

DE Charles Omenihu announced on Twitter that he would be returning for the 2018 season. He should play a big role next season and better position himself for the 2019 draft.

This is the right decision. Seemed like a pretty straight forward decision from the outside looking in, but Omenihu heavily considered leaving school. Could be in for a monster senior year.

I am so ready......so damned ready for several of our guys to be in for a monster year next year that I almost cant stand it. One guy stepping up wont cut it. We need an across the board type deal!

Just think of how much better off the players and the U would be if all finished up their eligibility before leaving.

Nelson, Wilbon, Omenihu, Roach, Hager, Graham, Chisholm and possibly Coburn is a solid D-Line group for next year. Poona Ford will be missed, but I have confidence that Nelson will be able to be productive at NT, especially in the run game.
