a "reformed" NCAA?

To paraphrase, "You're gonna accept many of our recommended changes or else we'll break away completely from the NCAA."

The winds of change are blowing and it should be good for the P5; SEC, Pac-12, B1G, ACC, and Big12!  It'll be interesting to see what changes are made come August.  I suspect "full cost of athletic scholarships" is #1 on their list.

Wow - pretty brazen. With those kinds of remarks, the big question is whether this is a strong sales tactic or if he truly thinks changes are coming sooner instead of later.
