I wonder what the Jerry Jones haters will have to say now. Jerry built a $1.2 Billion stadium and the skeptics said he would bury the team in debt. It turns out Jerry has already retired the debt.

They then turned to the usual thing people who have accomplished nothing say when pressed on people who have accomplishments. "Jerry Jones is an idiot," is what usually comes out of their mouths.

Now comes word Jerry's new stadium has been selected for the first College playoff final game site. The Cotton bowl, also at Jerry World, is also, according to ESPN, going to be in the rotation for the playoff games before the finals. Yea, old Jerry is as dumb as a fox.

With the Number One pick in this years NFL draft the Kansas City Chiefs are rumored to take Eric Fisher, OT, Central Michigan. Yet another top rated prospect is Lane Johnson, OT, Oklahoma. They join Ziggy Ansah, DE, BYU three of the top 10 rated players who were rated Two Stars out of high school.

Ansah was even worse, he was rated zero stars and had one scholarship offer out of high school.

According to ESPN there are 8 players in the top 50 rated draft prospects who were 2 stars or less. Surprisingly there are only six 5 star prospects in the 50.

Latest Cowboys Rumor making the rounds is the Cowboys are interested in Kenny Vaccaro, S, Texas, but think he will be gone and have shifted their attention to Sylvester Williams, DT, North Carolina.

Williams flashed real potential at NC but wore down late in games. He has one of the quickest first steps in the draft, and at 6'3", 320 pounds can play the nose tackle or the three position.

More rumors continue to swirl about the interest between Eric Winston, RT formerly of the Chief and the Cowboys. Nothing is likely to happen until the Cowboys decide Doug Free's fate and that is not until after June first.

Internet sources, who never lie, have confirmed the mutual interest between Winston and the Cowboys. These same sources have hinted Free may be retained, at a much lower salary, as a back up.

I don't know anybody who questions Mr. Jones business or marketing acumen. But, EVERYBODY questions his personnel decisions. Justifiably so, based on results from the past few years.

The over/under for the Cowboys remains at 8 wins. I don't expect anything miraculous from Monte Kiffin's antiquated 4-3, Cover 2 defense.

I think Vaccaro goes before the 18th pick and Dallas picks up the DT from Missouri in the first round.
