Let's hope Franklin didn't try and cover it up like some have reported.

Sadly I understand one of our own recently had his court date set, though no coverup involved.

Wanted no part of Franklin, wasn't impressed with him at all.    Proud to say (here's my I told you so) that CFS was VERY high on my list, right after Harbaugh.

CONVICTED.  On all charges.  It only took the jury 3 hours to return a verdict.

While this is a horrible story, I will play Devil's advocate here in stating I don't think James Franklin could have foreseen two players raping a female student. Now did he actively cover up the investigation? I am not aware.

Did the victim file a civil lawsuit against Vanderbilt?

If not,I doubt any charges against Franklin will come to light or stick.
