That's not a Patterson call.I'm sure it's just Steve Patterson making the choice/decision to start fresh. Highly doubt that the "new coach" has already decided not to retain any of our current coaches..
They may not get to rest at all then!I visit a couple of Bama sites a few times a day. Ignore the posters. Read carefully what their moderators and admins say. When they start expressing concern, then you know things are hot.
As far as the buyout is concerned===
Saban didn't have to demand a non-buyout clause. That would be automatic.
Saban can walk whenever he wants to, which is why they were so damned worried 10 days ago.
Bama won't really rest easy until Texas signs a coach---not named Saban.
